更新archlinux

有个上网本，虽然配置很差，但是安装的是arch，这不长时间不滚动更新出问题了，

更新已知密钥：pacman-key --refresh-keys;
手动升级archlinux-keyring软件包：pacman -S archlinux-keyring.
这么做了之后，好像报错变了，也许不是这么做导致的，无论如何，下面的新错误是

之后又测试了先更新tzdata，然后更新pacman，发现pacman并没有新版本更新，结果依然如此，那么就采取了强制更新。 正在解决的方案，突然发现有人提到了强制更新，
