java 利用c3p0管理数据库连接池

数据库连接池类，用于获取数据库连接。利用单例模式保证所有的连接都只通过一个连接池管理。

对比结果。MySQL在高版本需要指明是否进行SSL连接，未配置useSSL时警告信息正好可以用来显示一次连接。从日志中可以看出，当使用连接时，程序在启动时直接建立了3个数据库连接，接下来的数据库操作通过连接池中的连接操作数据库，不再新建连接。而不使用连接池时，每一次数据库操作都建立了一次数据库连接。
